Currently, there are approximately 39 acres of land available for development at NIC. Nebraska Nova retains the authority and responsibility to facilitate development of public infrastructure and private improvements at NIC in accordance with the Development Agreement.

The process of developing land at NIC is streamlined through our office in coordination with the Nebraska Innovation Campus Development Corporation, NICDC, the governing body managed by the University. Nebraska Nova maintains an office at NIC and provides a single point of coordination, guiding companies through their approval process.
