Wilma provides the oversight of maintenance and integrity of all assets on Campus and our Lincoln portfolio. She serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and management of all facilities and buildings. Wilma has over 25 years of property management and leasing experience.

Grant Wieland
Grant provides day-to-day operational support and management for Nebraska Innovation Campus and the Olsson Buildings in the Historic Haymarket district. He brings more than 25 years of experience managing commercial, hotel, and multi-family properties. Grant is a past member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and has earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) designations.
