Director of Development

Drew’s primary responsibility is focused on growth and expansion of NIC and works towards the future goal of a fully built out campus in alignment with our Master Plan. He serves as the primary contact for university relations and oversees any related real estate development on campus. Drew has 10+ years of real estate and finance experience.

Wilma Hanson-McCoy

Wilma Hanson-McCoy

Director of Property Management

Wilma provides the oversight of maintenance and integrity of all assets on Campus and our Lincoln portfolio. She serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and management of all facilities and buildings. Wilma has over 25 years of property management and leasing experience.
